What You'll Do
As an Account Associate, you'll help grow our agency by turning customer conversations into opportunities while delivering outstanding service.
- Connect with new and existing customers through calls, follow-ups, and proactive outreach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
- Discover cross-selling opportunities and help customers protect more of what matters.
- Confidently present solutions, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
- Generate referrals and turn strong customer relationships into new business.
- Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving toward the finish line.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims-related needs, and account updates.
- Stay organized, document opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Bring positive energy, teamwork, and a competitive spirit to the office!
What We're Looking For

- Must possess or be willing to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
