What You'll Do
As an Account Representative, you'll play an important role in growing our agency while helping customers protect what matters most.
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls, conversations, and appointments.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and turn opportunities into sales.
- Ask great questions, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products.
- Confidently ask for the business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Build relationships that create referrals, repeat business, and long-term customers.
- Assist customers with policy questions, coverage changes, billing, claims-related needs, and account updates.
- Stay connected with customers as their lives and insurance needs change.
- Bring positive energy, teamwork, and a competitive spirit to the office.

What We're Looking For

- Property & Casualty license required, or ability to meet applicable licensing requirements.
